Terms of Service

Terms of use for the UnlimitedUser service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the "UnlimitedUser" service (the "Service") operated by WESPEAKCODE LLC, 2810 N Church St - 679359, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to them.

2. The Service

The Service runs automated, AI-assisted tests against websites you specify and produces reports. The Service is currently in Early Access; features may change, and there is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may only test websites that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to test.
  • Security-related checks require the explicit consent of the target site's operator.
  • By default, the Service operates in observe mode (read-only): it visits, measures and reads; it does not install, modify or delete anything.
  • For testing chat, text and image features there is a second, explicitly selectable access mode called participate. In this mode, forms are filled in and messages are sent; this creates conversations, possibly records and test accounts in the tested application. Even in participate mode, nothing is deleted, paid for, sent to third parties or irrevocably changed. Participating runs are subject to the same authorization threshold as security-related checks, and a test environment is the preset target.
  • Abusive, overloading or unlawful use is prohibited.
  • You must not target internal, private or non-public addresses, insofar as this is not already technically prevented.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Credits & Payments

Test runs are billed through a credit system. Prices and scope are shown in the Service. Payments are processed by our payment service provider. During Early Access, billing details may still be adjusted.

6. Availability

We strive for reliable operation but do not owe any specific level of availability. Maintenance, further development and outages may cause limitations.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injuries to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The Service's reports are guidance and do not replace a professional review; we assume no warranty for decisions made on their basis.

8. Changes

We may change these terms with effect for the future; the current version is available here at any time.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the State of Delaware, USA, applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permissible. If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
